  • TPZC offers character building programs encompassing the following values: Integrity, Honesty, Loyalty, Self-control, and Accountability - necessary for strengthening mental and moral qualities. Each engaging program is an opportunity for students to participate, ask questions and express themselves in a safe and open environment. Sessions take place after assembly and may be held virtually or in-person.

STUDENT SESSIONS

  • ENOUGH IS ENOUGH OF BULLYING

    Our program aims to give students and staff members the skills, practical ideas, knowledge and confidence to effectively tackle bullying in their schools and communities.

  • ONE FAMILY, ONE GOAL

    This exciting, new tour will make it easier for educators and kids to build new “Positive Zones” long after the exciting, musical tour experience. A “Positive Zone” is an area that students, parents, and educators take responsibility for and commit to keeping safe, encouraging, happy, and inclusive.

  • I BELONG HERE

    This program is all about self-confidence, self-esteem, self-love, self-worth, self-respect. Research shows that belonging positively affects behavior and academic performance.

  • GENIUS IN ME

    The purpose of this program is to encourage each child to realize their own potential and recognize their strengths and abilities, motivating them to believe in themselves and their uniqueness. Our goal is to awaken the genius in each child for them to soar creatively as well as academically.

    During this training we use a set of techniques and programs intended to help participants manage stress in their lives by analyzing the specific stressors and taking positive actions to minimize their effect.

  • TRAUMA MANAGEMENT

    This workshop explores the nature and complexity of trauma as it relates to the educational environment, and explores the impact of trauma in adolescents and adults in the educational system. The purpose is to provide a framework for effective strategies in response to trauma. During this workshop, we will discuss and explore in detail the psychology of trauma.

  • BRIDGE

    BRIDGE (Belonging, Resilience, Impact, Develop, Guidance, Engagement) is a program that bridges the gap between communities : families, communities : law enforcement, communities : local businesses, communities : our youth.

  • CONFLICT RESOLUTION

    CMR training is conceptualized as methods and processes involved in facilitating the peaceful ending of conflict and retribution. We discuss how CMR involves two or more parties to find a tranquil solution or amelioration to the disagreement among the two parties. CMR comes in many forms (i.e., negotiations, mediation, and arbitration).

  • PARENTS AS PARTNERS

    Parents are our first teachers. Their involvement in the learning process leads to student success. The goal of this session to provide tools for productive collaboration between parents and teachers/administrators.

  • COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES

    This session provides parents with strategies to communicate effectively with teachers and administrators. The goal of this session is to breakdown barriers between teachers and parents, provide tools for parent-teacher conflict management, and to help create and foster relationships built on mutual respect.

  • BUILDING CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM

    This session is to provide parents with implementable strategies for boosting self-esteem and self-confidence, helping students to thrive and meet their potential.
